Doce Da Casa - oder ein richtig leckerer Nachtisch

Granted, this dessert sounds at first a little "special". And for people who are on a little sugar, it is nothing and certainly not for someone who is on a diet ... But, it is full of delicate, so for you the recipe for a typical Portuguese dessert made with condensed milk:

Ingredients: 600 ml
condensed milk (1 can equivalent to a. 740 grams)
3 egg yolks
125 ml of milk (whole milk)
1 teaspoon butter
either 1 pack vanilla sugar or empty vanilla pod
butter cookies (here in P dip the round)
strong coffee or espresso for the biscuits
1 cup whipping cream

Preparation:
condensed milk, 3 egg yolks - before the addition of condensed milk Beat well, add milk, butter and Vanilliezucker or reintun the vanilla bean and bring to low heat, stirring constantly to cook. Please note, that is stirred constantly, otherwise the egg yolk coagulates in the mass and flocculate. Once the mass is simmering, it will be tough and thick. Then the pot from the heat and the mass available in small serving bowl or distribute them in a large bowl. Tip: In individual serving bowls can freeze the dessert just fine. If necessary, thaw it only needs some time in the refrigerator. The masses do not too high, max. 2 cm, because she is very sweet and one with too much of the milk mass only tastes sweet in the mouth.

After the mass has cooled, the butter cookies dipped briefly into the coffee and sets her up on milk composition. Last, the cream is beaten until stiff and spread over the biscuits. Then a few small crumbs and butter cookies spread over the cream layer.

That takes a little - but tastes totally delicious - if you sweet :-) It may depend a lot on the condensed milk that you use. Watch out for the sugar content!
